SUMMER PROGRAMME FOR STUDENTS INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Do you live and attend Secondary School on the North Coast and are seriously thinking of pursuing a career in hospitality? Anise might be the place for you! Limited spots are available for the grand opportunity to be trained and work alongside, highly skilled professionals in various aspects of the industry. The 6 week programme is designed to provide an in depth working knowledge and understanding of the Hospitality Industry. Students learn the attitudes of a 5 star service culture as well as varying technical aspects of the Hotel such as housekeeping, cooking, dining room service, food service, and standard guest interaction. Our aim is to groom you and give you a formal and professional introduction to the Hospitality Industry. Parents, students and teachers are welcomed to contact us on the student’s behalf.
